OK i am seeing more and more of this, sorry to bug everyone but what in the world is NSV i am confused, lol

    Non Scale Victory. Something like losing an inch around your waist, or somebody tells you that you're looking thinner. Things that aren't measured on a scale.

    ahh now i see leave it to the MFP friends to help me with any questions i have, i have to say this site is awesome im glad me and my wife are doing it , i think this will help us stay away from the bad foods because of the accountability factor

    I have asked my husband to confiscate the scales until July 1st and I am taking notice of writing down an NSV every day instead. Hopefully it will make me less crazy and more encouraged!
