I've heard some wonderful things about this video and am wanting to kick up my workouts so thinking of trying something different. My question is this....I live in an apartment on the top floor...would doing this be a bother to the people below me? I just feel weird about doing stuff that would be loud underneath while I live in an apartment. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
Thanks!

I live in an old house with a creaky floor and I make a little noise when doing the shred. My floors tend to creak, but if I keep my feet light when landing during jumping jacks and the butt kicks, I find that I don't bang on the floor too much. My sister was upstairs yesterday and said that she couldn't hear me.0

I've done it in my boyfriends apartment on the 2nd floor. I didn't get any complaints. Go for it!0

I live in a flat too and have often do home workouts. The floorboards are creaky and I think I make the odd loud thump noise when I'm doing something like jacks, but they haven't complained. They have asked if someone was doing exercise, but I think most people are understanding if you aren't working out above their bedroom late at night or wake them up sounding like you are going to break the floor!
I don't think living in an apartment should put you off home workouts. They are great fun and made for everyone, not just people who live in a house.0 -
Nope, your neighbors down stairs will be okay..0
