doesn't have to be low fat, as long as it fits into your calories and fat for the day. i eat full fat cheese sometimes.

I find it annoying whe you have enough cals left for something but not enough for something naugthy lol!

I usually go for a small fruit salad or ome 99% fat free crackers (only 18 cals per cracker!) with some tomato, cucumber or low fat chese spread.

    Hope this helps :flowerforyou:

I absolutely HATE low-fat cheese and only leat the "good" stuff. BUT, I only eat maybe 1-2 ozs max at once. I have found parmesan or fresh mozzarella to be good choices--low sodium and taste great!

Go to tools; ticker and get your code for your ticker. Copy your code. Then go to my home; settings and change forum signature. Paste your code there. Then it will show up all the time!!!

    Cheers :drinker:

Copy and paste the link into "settings" from My Home.

That's interesting about left over calories, I haven't even thought to look at my carbs, etc...must go check out how I am doing.
