Lost 30 pounds last summer..ready to take the rest off this

I need to get back on using this thing religiously, especially since i started my weightloss journey a year ago! I lost 30 pounds and kept it off (with the exception of 4 pounds) for months and months. Now its summer and i have no school and i want to lose MORE this time and around and keep at it!
So my question is, should i restart my goal calculations.. like starting weight and goal weight etc since its been so long since i workout or calorie count?
originally my starting weight was 219 pounds. and as of now (while being on my cycle) i am at 194 pounds. My goal was to get to at most 160 pounds...but im curious to what my body will still look like at that weight, so im shooting for 150 or 145. (145 is what the bmi thing said i should be at the most)
Ive lost alot of inches in my tummy and other areas but since ive plateau'd for so long i feel fat again even though my body is better that wat it was when i starting losing weight. I need to get rid of the tiny bits of my ove handles, tone my thighs, get my stomach down and get rid of the flabs in my arms.
So any excercise suggestions as well?
