Adding Weight training to MFP?

Not sure if I'm posting this in the correct section...but I'm confused about adding weight training to MFP. When I add it to the "Strength Training" section, it doesn't give me any calories back in the food section. I feel like even if I'm only doing weight training one day I still need some of those calories back. Am I right? (I'm hungry after I lift)

I did notice you can add "strength training" to the "Cardiovascular" section and you can just add the time you spent lifting.

Do most of you add it both places?

    I lift 3 days a week. I never eat back exercise calories so it doesnt bother me. MFP explains that there are too many variables with weight lifting from how much weight you lift to how fast you lift it, how long your rest time between sets, etc. for them to be able to give you a reliable calorie count and if you want to have those calories to eat, figure out how many calories you think you are burning and put them under cardio. Then you will have them available to eat back. I don't eat back exercise calories, like I said so it doesnt bother me and I just log it as weight training and move on.
