Hi Everyone!! Newbie here!

Hello All,
Just thought I would say hi as I start my new journey of weightloss! In the past I have always used excuses as to why I was overweight such as bad back, trapped nerves, poor leg joints etc etc.
Well no more!! I am turning the last leaf and transforming myself forever (she says optimistically)
If anyone has battled weight like I have over the past 5 years and has any recommendations I would absolutely love to hear! I am desperate and will do anything


Oh and I really recommend Zumba!! It's mental but totally awesome!!!!

    My advice would be to stick with it even if it comes off slow because any amount of weight lost should be celebrated even if it's just ounces. You sound like you are determined to achieve your goals so just hang tough and you will succeed! If you happen to fall off the wagon (which I hope won't be too often) just get back on it and keep going. You got this!!! :bigsmile:
