Macronutrient Ratios?

What do you have your macronutrient ratios set to on here (if you have custom goals)? Why do you have them set that way? Do they help you feel full and stay energized and lose weight?

Or, if you have left the MFP default ones - what made you chose to leave them as is?

Mine: 45% Carbs - 30% Protein - 25% Fat

    Mine is the same as yours... 45/30/25 and it works for me so no need to change it. The default 55% for carbs just seemed outrageous, so I dropped it to 45 and it's working out. I do my very best to get only complex carbs though.

    I'm not currently losing weight (not actively trying, I will be on July 20th though). But last year when I was using MFP every single day, I was at 40 carbs, 30 protein, 30 fat. It was really working well for me. The protein helped me stay full for awhile, and eating less carbs helped with my PCOS symptoms (I was told by my gyno to try 40/30/30).
