Curious what speeds everyone is doing. I've been on the treadmill every time, so I can watch my time, speed, and calories. I usually walk at 3.5 but just bumped up to 3.7. My joggin speed started at 4.5, but now I'm up to 5.2.0

My friend and I started it at the same time. Week 4 was the hardest for both of us. Week 5 was slightly better. Week 6 was better than that. after the 20 minute run in week 7 I felt like a runner.0

I "previewed" the 5 minute run, sandwiched between 5 minute walks, on Friday and again yesterday before starting week 4 today. That helped prepare me physically for today's workout, but more importantly, it completely took away the fear that I wasn't up to running for a full 5 minutes. I knew I could do it at least once. I'm glad now that I didn't go with my first impulse and insert a "week 3.5" into the program.0
