Protein/Creatine/Shakeology/Etc

So I'm debating what, if any, kinds of supplying I want to do in assisting my intake (aka diet/nutrition). My main race for the year is a marathon, but I've also been working to try and gain strength. I'm looking for thoughts and opinions on what people use/like and what people have noticed from what they've tried.

    Well I have been using protein shakes for a month and have just purchased some creatine which I'm about to start using. I do high resistance cardio and weights and some running.
    I do think the protein shakes make a fantastic difference for recovery times, they allow me to workout everyday whereas before I'd be sore for days after a mild gym session. I just can't consume enough protein otherwise.

    I was actually just about to post a question on people opinions of creatine, but thought I should bump about here instead. :)

    Search the web and define what cetagory you fall into by nature: Ectomorph, Mesomorph or Endomorph
    Also add your blodd type. Heigt, current weight and target weight.

    Will add you som light tailored advice from that.
