BFBM Calories Burned roughly?

So I do not have the money to buy a HRM at the moment, but I would still like to get an estimate of how many calories I am burning roughly.

Does anyone know how many calories a 5'2 159.6 female burns while doing JM Banish Fat Boost Metabolism (55 minute cardop workout)?

I found that I was burning about 8-10 cals a minute.
