Hello everyone,
I'm new to the site. To be honest I'm a little skeptical about this all, but I have to start somewhere and my friend suggested this site to help me get on my feet. I'm a mother of a 7month old and I work from home, I take care of my family all day long and find little time for me. Lately I've had the feeling that it is time to get my life back...so here I am.

    At least you'[re trying something. That's the best thing.

    Don;t treat it as a diet maybe, treat it as a change or keeping track of what you're doing so you can change what you notice isn't so good for you. I've been doing it for one week now, and it's been a bad week as I've been feeling ill. But I still lost 2lb so it does work even if some times you aren't so good!

    MFP has really helped me! I started my journey April 13 of this year and I have lost 30 lbs as of today! This site has really helped keep me on track plus the people are very supportive!

    I have tried many of these sites before and I've fallen in love with MFP!!!! I've lost 10 pounds this month and this is my first month.
    I think you'll really like it!!!!

    Welcome! I just started too, but I am finding this site really helpful and motivating. I think that if you really stick with this website and use the resources on here, you could stand to do really well in your weight loss journey. Good luck!
