I am new to myfitnesspal.com but not to counting my calories. While i may not be overweight, I want to keep myself at a healthy weight and the best way I have found to do that is count my calories. I have a desk job and do not get the chance to move around a whole lot at work, but in my free time I like to do as much as I can outside whether it is take a walk somewhere, go swimming or relax at a softball game. I'm hoping to get the motivation to stay with a program this time and not fall off and think I'm fine on my own.
