Hello everybody, well its been a week and I've lost 1lb, not quite as much as I would have liked but a move in the right direction!
I really need some help in coming up with new meal ideas that are quick and easy as I don't have a huge amount of time during the week, so if anybody has any please feel free to help me

Search the web there are so many sites with great recipes. I use dlife.com, skinnygirl.com, eating well, cooking light, allrecipes.com has a 300 calorie section. Hope this helps.0
