I'm a little concerned each time I see my actual sugar intake for the day compared to my goal but the more I look at the sugar grams are coming from the fruit I"m eating and not sweets and processed foods. Is this still OK? I'm not a nutritionist but have been diagnosed in the past with high blood sugar in the past and want to avoid this result next time I'm in for a physical.

I personally subtract all the sugar coming from fruit and vegetables, after that I have my sugar intake. I think MFP means to restrict the refined sugars, not the naturally occuring ones0
