i saw a post earlier about eat stop eat and did a bbit of research into it, it looks interesting and i'd like to give it a go, but i cant find anything online that tells you the basics of how to do it! I know that you basically fast for 24 hrs, but using mfp, do you still maintain the 1200 calories on days where you do eat? and what about working out? Do i continue my normal workout routine? I am nervous about doing this as I have a tendancy to get ill from insufficient calories or too much exercise but am also very interested in giving it a go, any advice would be great! thanks x

Why would you want to do this if it's the type of thing to make you sick?0

I'm sorry, but any plan that has you not eating is dangerous and unhealthy. I would advise against it.0

My fiance recently started doing it, though the fasts are not 24 hours.. more like 8:30 pm - 12 noon the next day etc. Search for cobaltis..0

From what I've read about it - you basically eat 2 meals a day. So say you were fasting from 2pm you would eat breakfast and lunch and then nothing until 2pm the following day. Then you would have a late lunch and dinner. I don't quite see the advantages of this if you are sticking to 1200 cals a day. Other MFP's will have done this so could tell you more!0

i know an IFBB figure pro that follows this type of diet. Personally, I don't recommend it, but if you are interested in finding out more about it you can check out her website and see if she is open to questions...

I'd say skip it, this is suppose to be a lifestyle change not a diet. Anything you can't stick to doing for the rest of your life, will more then likely be short lived results if any.0
