Well, I hope I find success here. My hubby is already doing this program and I have noticed the changes in him...weight-wise!
He told me I would be doing it (this program) before long! Hard to keep food away from me, since I feed my kids and do daycare from home, and feed more kids! Wish me luck, I think I can do it! Thanks in advance! M

    You'll find this one of the EASIEST tools to help make a healthy lifestyle change EVER! It's amazing, once you start logging, to realize exactly how many fat grams, calories, sodium, and carbs you're taking in. Hard to continue eating certain foods once you see in black and white that it will cause you to gain weight.
