    Veggies, veggies, and moooorrreee veggies. When I don't have many cals left (or even if I do), my dinner plates are about 3/4's veggies. They fill you up, they typically have fiber, usually good potassium (equalizes sodium), and they are LOW cal. Learn to cook veggies well so that you like them and you'll be thankful!!

    In less than 2 wks ive lost 13 pounds. VERY exciting, however not good i dont think?


    Well, 1st - congratulations... and 2nd - NOT GOOD! :-D

    I'm sure it must be exciting and motivating, but probably not the healthiest or most sustainable. Pretty common goals include 1-2 lbs a week as a strong, safe, healthy loss.

    I know that may seem slow, especially after you've had such amazing results... but there's no question about why you are feeling hungry. If you can - try to level it out a little bit.... and aim for about 2 lbs a week. If you want to get REALLY crazy, go for three! :-)
