question about not losing weight but toninggg?

I am 5"5 female 123 lbs and no longer want to lose lbs but do want to tone my tummy/mid section by lifting weights. How much should I workout and what should I do cardio/lifting and how many calories should I eat? To tone! By the way I am 21 yrs old

    I'm not exactly sure what you mean... but to build muscle you need to start eating more and start lifting weights. I think toned usually means having a low body fat which would require you to lose weight. (or maybe stay the same you lose fat and build muscle). I'm not sure what else to say besides that.
