I guess I'm from a different era. My favorites are Big Bad Voodoo Daddy. They are all upbeat fun songs.

I take a class during lunch with several co-workers. Our trainer picks the music and it just occurred to me that I have absolutely no idea what is playing while we are working out. I'm going to have to pay more attention tomorrow.

When I work out alone I like anything by Pink or Guns & Roses.

I just turn the radio to my fav station and listen to that. The morning shows are usually funny and the music is good. The morning shows give me things to think about so my mind gets a workout too :)

There's not usually any one particular song but most workouts I start off with Run This Down by Jay-Z and Rihanna. For some reason that song just helps me get focused.

    I typically listen to hip-hop:
DMX - Party Up In Here
Yung One - Tear It Up
    TI - Bring 'Em Out
N2Deep - Back to the Hotel
    TuPac - California Love
    Ludacris - How Low

I actually don't listen to music when I work out. I like to be alone with my thoughts.

I have thought about wearing earbuds, though, so people will leave me alone.
