    I'm tracking running and walking separately. Yes, I'm just anal like that. Walking for me is dog walking and I like to know how far he goes. Running is the serious part of my workout as I'm working on an 8k program. We'll see how it plays out. 4.0 dog walk today. He's pooped!

    Got started on my goal with 2 miles today. After being on the road for 10 days for work, this is exactly what I needed!

    Right above this page it says signature, click on that and copy and paste the BBC in the field. I just did it and I am not 100% confident on those instructions but it worked. :)

    Stayed in tonight my body was telling me that it need a break from jogging. I jogged 5 days last week and walked one day. Tonight I just did inorder workouts but my body feels so much better

    I had a hard time getting up this morning...but Im going to try to get to the gym tonight and do some mileage on the treadmill/elliptical! Good luck with your day my dear MFP friends!:flowerforyou:

    I walk between 10 and 20k every night while handing out promotional fliers. So far this summer Ive clocked up about 245km, which I think is over 100m. Correct me if I'm wrong..,

    Hi Panda, I live in Scottsdale. I am not too excited about how hot it is! It might sound hoaky but I use the Walk Away the Pounds DVD's in my air conditioned home. No Smog, heat, hard concrete to disturb my feet and knees etc. ( I am a littel older than you (alot) but still I love the WATP DVD's.I get a way better workout when I do them over out scaling the city. :)

    I got mixed up on days I work so I only jogged in place for a mile. Tomorrow is my last day of summer school and next week is going to be cooler than we've been having (living in Louisana, it's normally been about 104 here) and it's not supposed to reach the 100s next week, so me and the pups can try for morning or evening walks!

    Ran 2.5mi this morning. Just got back from 3+mi walk with the doggy. Yay!

    How did you do it the first time? Because I haven't been able to figure out how to update it the first time :(

    I think I just went on to the Tickerfactory website, logged in with my user name/password....it brought up my ticker and I updated it. but now I can't get to the log in screen????

    I figured it out!!!!!
