being a jerk will not burn any calories..
nor build you any muscle nor better you in any way. I have come across alot of great folks here on mfp, and unfortunately as is the nature of message boards there are some not so great people too. but is it really necessary to go around insulting people and criticizing everyone for not meeting your imperfect standards of perfection?its like people forget that this is a place for everyone to improve themselves and they dont need you knocking on what little self esteem they may or may not have just because you dont have enough esteem of your own. this is a great site with great people, people that keep my ever inflated ego, inflated (lol)if you dont like someone here just dont interact with them and move on, no point in ruining a great thing for everybody... just my $.02

Ah, but if only it DID burn Calories, then we could lose weight from ranting and raving instead of gain it. (Curse you, cortisol!)0

Do luv the jerk chicken though.....mmmm.....chicken.
It's all about the support, and if you can't do that, go rant on someone else's website. We're all hear because we want to be part of a supportive community. Booooo to the haters.0 -
The marvelous thing about being a jerk is, no one can tell you are having a bad day. If you are one of those happy happy joy joy people and then have a bad day, you have to put up with people saying you have a case of the Mondays. Makes me want to punch a wall.
Be surely and grumpy all the time and people leave you alone anyway.
I yam what I yam because I eat my spinach. And I make no apologies for it.0 -
As if I thought you could get any MORE awesome...now I have to completely figure out a whole new level of awesomeness in which to classify you. Will THAT burn me some calories?0

OMG you are so rite...i don't see how that motivates people with the negativity....they kill me with that!!!0

Thanks Mr. Awesome.
I also believe that part of being a better person is not only outside appearance but what we look like on the inside.
It has just as much importance. Just my opinion....but what do I know?
