Can anyone give me some advice? How are you suppose to eat more when you run out of protein and only have 50 carbs left? I barely even get to half of my fat total daily but always meet or exceed carbs and protein. On days that I need to eat a little more because of heavy exercise what should I do? What do you think? Oh, BTW, I am normally set at 1340 calories per day without exercise. Thanks

It's totally fine to go over your protein unless you have kidney disease.0

Almonds, peanuts, walnuts, etc are higher in fat (good fat) and lower in carbs.0

Those are just guidelines. Try to gear your food choices to the ratios provided to ensure you are getting a balanced diet. I eat 80-100g protein per day. As long as you don't go over your calories...you will be fine0
