Hello everyone. I typed in calorie counter and exercise tracker today, and I came across this website. I am hoping that this will keep me focused on what i consume and how much i need to exercise to meet my goals. A couple of days ago, I decided to weigh myself and realized that I was about 20 pounds overweight, and I felt bead as hell. So since then I decided it was really time to do something about it instead of complain. So here I am. I am a vegetarian and if anyone has any tips, recipes, or any useful information, please pass it my way. Thanks and Hello again!

    Make sure you log in everything you eat, exercise regularly and make sure you log it into.
    stay away from over processed food... just becuase it's vegitarian does no mean it's healthy!!
    I'm vegitarian/vegan... but i dont eat hardly anything that comes out of a packet! Try and eat as much "fresh" food as you can :)
