What time of day would you consider "right" to stop eating

Whether you eat 3 seconds before bed or 3 hours before bed is irrelevant assuming your calories/macros are the same. Period.0

just wondering what would you consider reasonable time to have dinner and stop having snacks?
I've been told eating late as Hispanic families tend to do makes it easier to gain weight...
Wanted to know if it was true? Thanks for your opinions
Going to plan to eat earlier and have fruits if in need of a late night snack !
Without reading everyone else's responses I will just tell you what I do.
For me, the best time to stop eating is whenever I have finished getting all my necessary calories...it might be a couple hours before bed, it might be while I am lying in bed winding down with the TV on. Doesn't seem to make any difference at all in my weight loss. I have never "gained weight" from eating right before bed.0
