Hello new friends!
I joined MFP about a week ago, and I'm enjoying making it into a habit.
Would love some new friends to help with keeping each other motivated.
I'm a grad student currently working as an intern for the summer.
I attribute a lot of my weight gain to never having enough time to cook for myself.
I'm interested in quick interesting healthy meals, and I'm working on figuring out what that means for myself.
Anyway, just saying hello. :-)

Welcome, and jump right in! The water is great, we've got lot of healthy stuff on the barbeque and low cal snacks over on the picnic table.
I have read that if you do something for 2 weeks, it becomes a habit. I can vouch for that. I have always despised exercise. But I think that I probably never gave it a chance. I have been working out for several months now and when I injured my knee and had to stop for a few weeks, I didn't know what to do with myself!0
