I've got one but I have to manually pump. It's frankly a pain. Automatic is the way to go, and this one has an AC adapter! can't get much better than that.

Woot also has a comment area, where people discuss the product. I can't access that area from work ('net filters), or I'd link it up, but go check out the discussion if you wanna know more about the product and what others think.

That's great. I have had manual ones (being an RN), but really want to be able to leave the accountability up to my husband so he can check it himself, not wait for me to do it. Trying to do the manual ones by yourself IS a pain!
