C25K & hungry

I just finished week 6 of C25K! As the running time has increased, I am getting a lot hungrier all of the time. Has anyone else had similar challenges and how did you deal with it?

Add protein in your diet, with some complex carbs. The protein will help satisfy your hunger and also be of great use as you create your running muscles. The carbs will keep you running with energy without the spike and crash of sugar.0
