Sooooooo, how many calories do you know you've burned doing a work out video? I'd like to input it here on the site, but I have no idea. ANyone???:grumble:

    No i did that 30 day challenge with Jillian from biggest loser.

    HOW does everyone get those other pictures by their ticker in the signature?! WHat code do you useee?!

    I went to the image properties (you right click on a picture and it will have a list of options, towards the bottom is properties). Then you copy the http addy and then put it in the signature as you would any image on here.

    ***I still suggest a HRM because it will be the only way to get the most accurate count for your body. I do workouts that can burn UP TO 600 Calories...and I am only burning 400 Calories, big difference. Get one.

    Iiiiiiiii don't know how to input the http address. do you have to type anything additional besides the thing you copy and pasted?! I am trying but it only shows up as a link, not a photo. Grrr

    Did you do the [ img ] web page [ /img ] part (without the spaces)?

    That's what mine looks like when I go in to change my signature.
    I only remeber doing the [ img ] page [ /img ] part so.....
