Hello in new to myfitness and need some help!!

Hi All
I just joined myfitness this week after a friend recommended it. Ive been on lots of diets and always lost weight, but then gain it again. My problem is sticking to a regular exercise regime, I start off really well then after a few weeks my workouts get fewer and fewer and eventually stop!! Does anyone have any tips for staying motivated while on an exercise regime??

Hi exercise is not essential to weight loss after all the old saying you are what you eat is really true. Why not try to just concentrate on getting a regular eating plan that allows you to feel full within the calories calculated and worry about the exercise later as you lose some weight you will start to feel more motivated to get moving and just try doing a few light exercises walking up stairs or just going for a short walk and increase it as you lose the weight.0
