If you are looking for a good way to get exercise into your routine I can't recommend cycling to work enough!

I started a month ago and I have already seen results and as its free travel I save money too. I don't go too far, it works out at just over 9 miles a day but its improving my fitness and toning me up!

So if you think its something you could do then I recommend it! Nothing like having to get somewhere to motivate yourself into exercise :-)

Its also great to add it to your diary and see the calories go up!

Thanks for the tip! I would love to do this and have considered it but I have to travel 6 miles on main roads and would have to leave so early in the morning I might as well stay at work! lol
I don't even have a bike anyway!

I'm hoping to follow in Holly's example and get myself a bike (as soon as I've got the cash basically).

I only live 2.5 miles from work so no reason not to. though not sure if I dare ride close to the canal near my house for fear of falling in.....
Less i can get some stablisers haha
