Good morning/evening everyone! Hope everyone has had a fulfilling day or is beginning a day full of successes and humility. No matter how successful you are and how many goals and dreams you have achieved there is one trait that you should never lose and that is humility. Never forget where you started and where you came from. I am happy to say that I have not seen much of this on here. Those who have succeeded with their weightloss avoiding talking to those just beginning. Always remember you are on here also for the same reason regardless if you have less to lose or are already successful. So today I challenge you to give out just a little bit more encouragement to those that need it. Lets all be one big team here that is gonna WIN! Lets keep this post going today...I ask my friends to bump this post so all can see! Lets encourage our team to WIN WIN WIN!!! GO GET EM!

With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams,
it is still a beautiful world.

Good morning! Thank you for posting one of my favorite quotes today. I had forgotten how powerful the message is.

Glad to see you are a fellow North Carolinian. I agree with you; for some, losing 5 pounds is just as or more difficult that losing 50. We all need to support one another.
