Which works better to burn calories and tone the legs and butt Elliptical or Treadmill?

    I think either would be good as long as you add an incline. That will be what really works your hamstring and glutes.:-)

    Well with elliptical you can do it in reverse with out looking weird. and it you bend you needs a bit it adds resistance. try to use your butt muscles when you do which ever you choose.
