i don't see where the program gives any calorie burning for the strength training exercises! Am i missing something?

I don't think so - I looked for it as well. Unless you do circuit training or something like that which they have under cardio instead of under strength training- IDK why.0

You have to log it under cardio (strength training). Weird, I know. Took me a little while to figure it out!0

It doesn't track calories burned for strength training. If you were working vigorously, you can go under cardio and add calisthenics.
The strength training is more for you to keep track of what you did.0 -

Under cardio vascular there is a section called "weights - strength training". There is no calroie burn for specific exercises under weights.0
