So, I've been counting calories on MFP for about 2 weeks. My Calorie allowance is 1250 Cals. So here is my question....

I try to stay below this number on days I do not work out, but when I excercise I tend to eat more because they ADD more calories to my allowance.

Is this good/bad?

Should I still be staying under the 1250 even after I excercise? I really need advice.....I dont feel like im loosing any weight in stead im gaining.

Just so you have an idea of my excercise patterns:

I am on day 3 of the shred and I do Zumba and Dance 3 days out of the week as well.

Please help!

Yes, you need to eat more on the days you exercise. That's why they add calories...your body needs fuel. :)

Eat more....it's like putting more gas in your car when you drive more miles.
