i just bought a step and don't care for the dvd that came with it. i haven't done this before, so she moved way too fast and i don't know the steps. i am looking for a new one. on ebay someone has a lot of "gin miller" ones. is she any good. or do you know of one that is good for beginners. i am looking for a good workout for beginners.

    I feel for ya. I see those gals jump up and down fast and I'm like WTH????

    I can't tell you how much I love Jillian Micheal's Biggest Winner dvds. She uses the step for cardio as well as strength training. :flowerforyou:
