To shake things up a bit I've started doing a workout in the morning and then going for a run at night.
My 3year old is usually in the room with me. He's now started asking me every 5 minutes if "we" are going to work out. He is usually either on the floor with me doing things (you should see his version of a push up lol) or he will sit on the couch and yell at me come on Mommy you can do it don't stop Mommy.
Don't need to pay for a trainer I've a free one right here

Adorable!!
On a side note: Very glad to hear this because your child will see that regular exercise is normal. My parents NEVER exercised...so how would I have gotten the impression that's what you're supposed to do?0
