Hi,

I just logged in my weight training exercises. I am using P90X and am working hard for an hour and 15 minutes. Does this exercise tracker only figure calories used for cardiovascular excercise? Or, am I doing something wrong when I enter my strength training exercises. I know that I burned calories in this workout. Just wondered how I can make them count on my exercise journal.
