    OH, YES! THERE HAVE BEEN WONDERFUL RECIPES. MANY I HAVE FILED IN MY "MICROSOFT WORD". IT IS MUCH EASIER FOR ME TO USE WHEN THE PERSON PUTS THE NUTRITIONAL VALUE LIST WITH IT.
