I recently picked up the FT4, I kinda wanted the Bluetooth+, but i decided that i'd rather have the info on the watch, i already have enough apps running on my android when I'm jogging/walking.
Since I'mnot trying to eat 100% of my"burned" calories, there's really not a reason to worry about super accuracy. I generally log about 80% of my "burned" calories to MFP to account for inaccuracy and RMR. I generally try not to eat back more than half of the calories i logged as burned.0 -
I have the Polar FT40............The FT-40 has the Polar Fitness test which measures your aerobic fitness at rest and tells you your progress.0
