why do it manually if MFP will do it for you?0

I go into the settings and update the goal manually each week when I weigh-in...MFP only does it about every 10 pounds lost - that equals alot of calories per day that you may be over eating.0

OK I'm new and I'm not sure how this works. Can someone direct me to where I can find out more on the site? So I've said I'm going to do 3 sessions a week of 60mins exercise. What if I do more than this?? Does it adjust to give me more calories or will I just end up losing more weight. I'm a bit confused. Thanks!!0

mfp doesnt adjust back to ur goal every time u loose for example, i lost 8lb my first week and didnt reduce my calorie limit so i changed it myself because like simplydelish said i may be over eating if i dont update. im all for doing it slowly but not that slow! :laugh:0
