I started eating healthier yesterday. I need to lose 56 lbs. ugh! Oh well...I have to start somewhere. :smile: (by the way does anyone know how to fix my picture?) Linda

    Welcome to the site. MFP was a great place to start. Not sure what you need to fix on pic but even if I did I'm the WORST tech person ever.
