Sugar

I really want to cut down, if not cut out, sugar from my diet. Other than my sour patch kids as a snack occasionally and the special occasion treats such as birthdays and such, I think I ingest a lot of "hidden" sugars. I rarely drink soda anymore, but when I do, it's diet Coke.
Well... I guess I kinda answered my own question, but if anyone has any suggestions, I'd really appreciate them!
Thanks in advance!

I know that there is no way I can cut out sugar - for life - but I really am trying to cut back.

One strategy I use - I give myself 1 sugary snack a day. Usually a 100 Calorie Pack. If I've been good - this is my reward.
  • I want to do the exact same thing - omit as much sugar as possible! I seem to go over my limit every day. I began to notice that lots of fruit juices and anything dairy, such as yogurt, have high amounts of sugar. I guess just try to limit those kinds of things?
