Recently my husband and I found Swai fish fillets at Wal-Mart. I've never liked fish, but I wanted some different lean protein, so I figured I would try it.
I rubbed both sides of the fish with olive oil, and sprinkled a little bit of Mrs. Dash Sundried Tomatoes and Garlic over the fish and baked them for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
The fish tastes awesome! Even without the seasoning, I think it would be amazing. And it is inexpensive. $12 for 16 fillets.0
