Plateau Fatigue

So i have been at this plateau for about 8 months - I am sticking to a 1200-1300 calorie/day diet, exercising 420 minutes per week (spin, weights, aerobics, train), and can't seem to lose the last 5 pounds. Any ideas?? SO FRUSTRATING!!

    If you do a search on the boards and enter "plateau", you will find a great number of things that have worked for others. The most common seem to be upping calorie intake (yes, upping), changing exercise routine, eating patterns, upping water intake. Good luck!

    Did you ever take your measurements? as much as I have a weight goal I actuall have a goal size as well. Sometimes that last 5 lbs isnt as important as you think. My sister is a skinny mini and had to realize she would never lose the last 4
