ME vs. you

Im getting ready for a 5k and in the mean time i wanted to see if anybody wanted to have a friendly compitition with me to lose 10-30 lbs the healthy way mind you.

its for motivation really i feel that competition brings out the best in everyone so whos up for it

    how long. I try to lost 1.5 to 2 lbs a week, I don't really want to lose more than that so....bring it on as well

  • lets go guys if you want to do this friend me and bring it the compitition is to 20 lbs first but we need to be smart about it no throwing up after meals or nething

    I'm in also, if I can lose 20 more pounds I will have made it to 50 pounds lost and be below 200 for the first time since high school!!!

    And I agree, Shakeology is the way to go!
