I'm eatting too much fat according to my food log... blah! My calories aren't high at all, they never even go over. Since my exercise "life style" began I've gone down from size 9 to 7 (juniors sizes). I do a lot more toning work outs than cardio. At this point I'm trying to get toned and if I lose some pounds in the process, then yeah for me.

My question is... Is it bad that my fat count on my food/goals is over by 10-15 almost everyday? I'm not gaining weight, so it can't be that bad right?

Hi! I dont really know the answer to your question but I wanted to tell you that happens to me. not everyday but maybe a few times a week. I also never go over my cals and also havent gained wt. I strive to try and get my fat/carb/protien ratio right on with what they tell me on here but I often miss my carbs by up to ten or twenty under and go over fat by 2-10 on occasion. I think nobody can get the exact amount of carbs protien and fat every single day look at them as goals rather than requirements. I think if you get as close to them as you can I wouldnt stress about it unless you stop losing. The stress makes you gain weight remember:laugh:  :flowerforyou:

It depends on the fat you are taking in. Is it from olive oil or french fries?

Fat is important to our bodies, the right fat anyway.

Most of my fat is from raw almonds... hahaha I love 'em! No junk food, sodas, juice, or anything like that. I pretty much only drink water, green tea with sweet and low, and sometimes a beer or two. So I guess it's not "bad" fat... IDK
