Hey just saying hello to everyone!
I just discovered mfp 2 weeks ago and I absolutely love it! Makes counting calories so much easier than keeping a note book! So happy so far with results! Looking forward to meeting new people!

    I agree - it really does make it easier and holds you accounable. Last night I found out a whole wheat peanut butter sandwich was 500 calories! I will never eat anither until I reach my goal weight. - good luck to you!

    I'm just starting as well. I didn't know my goal calorie intake was only 1600 cal. Good luck.

    Welcome and congratulations on your journey towards a healthier you. So far I absolutely love MFP. The tracking is SO easy. Much easier than calculating points or eating nasty pre-packaged foods. I wish you the best of luck! :smile:

    I'm also two weeks and going strong! I've lost 8-9 pounds in the last 2 weeks!
    I have about 70 to loose to get to my target weight of 140!
    Annoying / sad thing is that I've put on all this weight in the past 2 years after working hard to loose it all before!
    I know now that for metabolic rate I need to exercise If I want to stay slim...
    So here goes!!!!

    Has anyone else got a similar amount to loose?
