So i got a polar ft4 and think its fab the way it logs my calories. I have been using it in the gym but can only make it 1/2 times a week due to working full time, my degree and being a mummy to a 4 yr old!!
however, i am doing bike riding and wii fit when at home, that way i can get my little one entertained also, on her bike, watching me, joining in etc.
Well my HRM logs my calories and HR but with the polar ft4 when doing wii fit / low intensity stuff my heart rate doesnt go up dramtically, and not always in the ''zone''
Is this ok ? i mean those are still calories that i can log arent they?

Sure you can log them...all it means is you aren't in the "optimal" zone for either burning fat or cardiovascular training. You're still burning cals tho!0
