Food addiction or nutritious?

I have a belief that breads hold no nutritional value, but sometimes i feel like dieing if i don't get some. If I can just hold out for over a week the cravings go away. Am I sacrificing my nutrition? I follow the blood type diet which is close to the Adkins due to my type O+ blood. Anyways I was just hoping to get some comments from some hardcore vets out there. I have been at this for close to 10 years so I'm not new to it. I just think that I can be alil self destructive at times and that's when I fall off the wagon. For those that don't know what foods are on the menu for blood type O+. They are (proteins) most red meats, poltries, no pork. (Carbs) Most Veggies, sweet potatoes(not white), squash, zucchini, oats, fruits, ext. But its very strict when it comes to things like high fructose corn syrup, wheat(breads), corn, white potatoes, well mostly everything that is not in the produce or meat department. OK drop a comment if you have one.

i try to avoid bread but in general when i eat it, it's high fiber and includes some other nutrients. sure it's high in carbs but unless you eat a loaf a day, i think you'd be okay! just make sure it's not white wonder bread or something...ick.0
