Breakfast Recipe Before Cardio Workout

1 Large Egg
2 (Egg Whites) from Large Egg
1 Laughing Cow Original, Small Cheese
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
2-3 T Fresh Chives
Beat first six ingredients together, pour into non stick pan (sprayed w/Pam) over medium heat. Spinkle chives on top. Let the bottom cook then flip over keep that omelette shape to it. Easier to work with.
1 Whole Wheat Bagel, toasted
2 Tomatoes, Slice Four Ways
Add tomato slices over the bottom of toasted bagel. When egg is finished cooking I slice the egg in four parts and place on top of tomatoes, other wise the sandwich falls apart when you bite into it. Place top half of bagel on top and enjoy!

***Tip: I don't like lots of bread so I try to cut don't the top half of the bagel by slicing the very top.
***Tip: Better to eat this before a workout since theres so many carbs in it.
